What was the highlight of Henn na Hotel Osaka Shinsaibashi
Good stay, couple of upgrades to make it a brilliant stay.
Good breakfast, snacks during the day were great too and free whiskey in the evening! Very clean room. Big shower and bathroom. Would stay again.
Pillows were really really bad, really lumpy and uncomfortable, honestly probably the worst pillow I’ve used before. Very strange as everything else was of a good high standard. WiFi was extremely slow, could barely load standard web pages which was unfortunate.

Great for a couple of nights! If you stay for longer choose a better hotel.
Very good location, spacious shower, free drinks, afternoon snacks, self-storage for luggage. But small rooms with a sink in the room and no windows.

Great location, dotonbori can easily be reached on foot. there is a subway station very close to the hotel, making exploring the city easy.

If you dont mind the amenities, it was good. but it could be better
The room was slightly bigger than ordinary business hotels. Expected for a twin room. It was clean. And I like that there are no receptionist, so I can checkin anytime without pressure.
There are no water in the room. You can get free water frim the lobby, but the cup is so small it will not be enough for the whole night. I had to go to vending machine to buy my own water. Considering the price, it should be included. The breakfast is also not good. Just some onigiri and packed bread. I dont know why the review says “Good breakfast”. If you are in a group, don’t bother to eat at the lobby. It has less space.
