What was the highlight of Henn na Hotel Osaka Shinsaibashi
Good stay, couple of upgrades to make it a brilliant stay.
Good breakfast, snacks during the day were great too and free whiskey in the evening! Very clean room. Big shower and bathroom. Would stay again.
Pillows were really really bad, really lumpy and uncomfortable, honestly probably the worst pillow I’ve used before. Very strange as everything else was of a good high standard. WiFi was extremely slow, could barely load standard web pages which was unfortunate.

Compact room in a great location
Dinosaur reception, suprisingly filling breakfast, compact room that was small but didn't feel that way, great location
The light coming in the window (was basically a sheet for a curtain), there weren't enough tables for everyone at breakfast, found quite a bit of dust in the bathroom so cleanliness was lacking

Love the dinosaurs!! great location, great breakfast, snacks and evening drinks!! Clean hotel!
Delicous breakfast, snacks and drinks in the evening. Great location! Close to subway and train station. Right next to shopping malls and restaurants.
Room is a bit small.
